The estimated time of delivery can be expected to be
ITALY - 1/2 business days with DHL, 3/7 business days with UPS in Italy
EUROPE - 2/3 business days with DHL. 5/10 business days with UPS to any country in Europe
INTERNATIONAL - 4/10 business days with DHL. 5/15 business days with UPS to any country outside of Europe
We ship within 48 hours (2 business days) from the moment you placed your order - of in-stock jewelry
During the busiest times of the year, you might experience some delays.
Sometimes parcels can be held longer than expected at customs clearance.
In any case you will get a link with the tracking number and all the information about the shipments, as soon as the parcel label is created and until the package gets to its destination.

1.2 Insurance
At checkout it's possible to opt for an insured shipping.
In the unfortunate case the parcel gets lost due to the carrier mishandling, you'll be fully reimbursed for the loss.
If, otherwise, you'll opt for a non insured shipping, Nugae Galleria will not be held responsible for any loss attributable to the carrier.
2. Custom duties and taxes
Custom duties and taxes are not included in the purchase, therefore must be paid upon delivery by the customer
3. Mixed carts (in-stock jewelry/made to order)
When you place an order of both ready to ship jewelry and made to order, you will have what we call a mixed cart.
Shipment of the available jewelry may be delayed until your made to order jewelry will be ready to ship.
To ensure a faster delivery of your in-stock jewelry, we recommend making two separate orders- one for your made-to-order jewelry and one for your ready-to-ship ones.
