We do offer insurance on shipments upon payment of 15 euros.

Shipments are intended not insured if you did not choose an insured rate at checkout

We do offer complimentary shipping, check the list of countries here

The estimated time of delivery can be expected to be

ITALY - 1/5 business days in Italy

EUROPE - 5/10 business days to any country in Europe

INTERNATIONAL - 5/15 business days to any country outside of Europe

We ship within 48 hours (2 business days) from the moment you placed your order - of in-stock jewelry

Made-to-order jewelry may take up to 8 weeks to be shipped

Online and in store credit have no expiration

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price and therefore must be paid upon delivery by the customer.

In the event of a return they won't be reimbursed, just as shipping costs.

You can surely return your purchase within 15 days of delivery.

Unless is a made-to-order jewel or a final sale item - in which case it will be mentioned. In these events we won't issue any refund.

International refunds can surely be made. You have 15 days from the moment of delivery.

Nugae galleria won't accept returns with a commercial invoice value of more than 10 (ten) euros and a reason for exportation that do not read "Returns"

Made to order jewelry cannot be reimbursed.

Shipping costs as well as custom duties will be not be refunded.
